My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. While the rooms were a bit disappointing for not having a miniature refrigerator or microwave and feeling a bit crowded, they did come equipped with a 1-cup coffeepot, iron, and blow dryer. The service was a mix of very nice and helpful staff with a lack of proper customer service skills. The location was convenient on the main road for easy accessibility, but it lacked a bit of that family-like inviting atmosphere I expected. The dining experience was decent with a selection of hot and cold items, although there were a few missing essentials. Overall, it was an okay stay with some room for improvement.
